Terms and Conditions of GundogTV

Effective Date: 5th October 2025.

1. Introduction

GundogTV provides a subscription service that allows members to access entertainment and training content (“GundogTV Content”) online via computers and other internet-enabled devices.

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of the GundogTV service. References to “GundogTV”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to GundogTV Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. References to “you” mean the member who created the GundogTV account and whose payment method is charged.

By accessing our site or using our services, you agree to these T&Cs. Please read them carefully.

2. Agreement

By entering our site or creating an account, you accept these T&Cs, which establish a binding agreement between you and GundogTV. We may update these T&Cs periodically, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to check for any changes.

3. Membership and Account Use

3.1 Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to create a GundogTV account. Each membership is for individual household use, and sharing login details outside your household is not permitted.

3.2 Account Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. Your membership must include a valid email address, telephone number, and postal address. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and confidential.

3.3 Subscription Plans

GundogTV offers different membership plans. Visit the “My Account” page on our website to view your plan details and billing cycle. All memberships continue until cancelled and are non-transferable.

3.4 Billing

Subscription fees are charged per billing cycle as selected at sign-up. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, which manages all transactions. By starting your subscription, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
All fees are non-refundable. GundogTV is not liable for the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers. You will be notified of any price changes before your next billing period.

3.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time via the “My Account” page. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no refunds will be issued for partial months.
You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing, unless you start streaming or downloading content during that time, in which case you agree to waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

4. Service Use

4.1 Personal Use

GundogTV content is for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing content outside your household or making it publicly available is prohibited unless expressly permitted by your plan.

4.2 Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

• Use robots, spiders, scrapers, or similar methods to access or copy site content.

• Reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or perform GundogTV content outside authorised access.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software associated with GundogTV.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All content on GundogTV, including text, videos, logos, and graphics, is the property of GundogTV Ltd or its affiliates. You agree not to copy, imitate, or use GundogTV trademarks or content without prior written permission.

5.2 Content Licence

By uploading or submitting any content to GundogTV (e.g. reviews, comments, or media), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content for promotional or marketing purposes.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

6.1 Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the service runs smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Occasional maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary downtime. GundogTV is not responsible for data loss, device damage, or disruptions beyond our control.

6.2 Liability Limitations

GundogTV shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Our total liability for any direct loss shall not exceed the total amount of subscription fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these T&Cs shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy and Cookie Policy, which forms part of these T&Cs.
We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK-GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

8. Complaints and Disputes

8.1 Contact

If you experience any issues or wish to make a complaint, please contact us through our website or by email. We will review and respond to complaints as reasonably as possible, although response times may vary.

8.2 Resolution

You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute directly with us before seeking legal recourse.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it to an independent dispute resolution service or contact your local Trading Standards office.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1 Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9.2 Modifications

We may update or modify these T&Cs from time to time. Where we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through our website. Continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
